OVERVIEW

At Mr Scratch we currently have a varied portfolio of clients who have opted to carry out their repair works on a planned preventative maintenance basis. Although Mr Scratch still carry out many repairs on a reactive basis, many of these works can be avoided when a PPM contract is in place. 

The benefits of PPM Contracts;

- We carry out site surveys and provide a list of repairs to be reviewed saving time for building management/ facilities team

- Reactive works are time consuming and often more costly. 

- PPM Contracts provide the opportunity to forecast maintenance and repair works which makes yearly budgeting a simpler task

- Tenants are forewarned of repair works minimising, often eliminating any complaints.

COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS

Examples of repairs we complete;

- Lift polishing to metal and glass- inside car, external doors, architrave and trim.

- Cafeteria- Polishing and scratch removal to worktops, sinks and hobs.

- Reception area- Scratch removal and polish to reception desks- metal, perspex, glass.

- Lobby- Glass polishing and metal polishing to entrance doors and all windows.

- Floors- stain removal, scratch removal and chip repair to all floors. Polish and sealing to stone floors.

- Toilets- Mirror polishing, stainless plates polished.

- Stairs- Glass and metal balustrades, scratch removal and polish.

RETAIL

Planned maintenance is a proactive approach to maintenance in which work is scheduled to take place on a regular basis.
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) allows you to substantially reduce reactive maintenance and retain your buildings and assets in the desired or needed quality.
